I had to leave early and they were able to accommodate me

At first I was disappointed because Joey Perez never called me when I had an appointment at 11:00 am and I dropped off my car the day earlier. I called several times and the receptionist told she kept giving him messages. I had to leave work early to see what the problem was. He wouldn’t give me an answer. I asked to speak to manager Favi and he apologized and told me he will take care of it which he did but they wasted one whole day that my car wasn’t fixed. Shame on Joey Perez.

Alessandro was great at the service and the oil change everything including the multi point inspection was done correctly and he explained everything to me. I would return to get my car serviced and recommend others to Coggin Honda for services.
