Sales Associate Jerry Gunter was most helpful in the purchase of my HRV EXL. He listened to my wants and needs before trying to find a vehicle. I appreciate that he did not try to push a different model, something I had encountered at another dealership. Never at any time did I feel pressured to make a decision at that moment. I am somewhat picky about my cars, but Jerry spent a lot of time and effort to accommodate me. Since the purchase, Jerry has contacted me several times to make sure everything is ok and to make sure I am enjoying my SUV. Other employees I encountered during my visit were David, who greeted me upon arrival with a smile and led me to Jerry. I also met with Kelvin in Finance. He carefully went over the documents I needed to sign. Kudos to him for not pressuring me to purchase add ons, etc. Before leaving in my new Honda, Jerry introduced me to Sales Manager Josue who was very friendly and thanked me for my business.Because of my great and satisfactory experience, I highly recommend Coggin Honda.
