I was pleasantly surprised that my recall on my car was done so quickly and in the time estimate that the agent told me. the only problem was that they put the receipt in my fathers name Joseph Giattino instead of my name AnnMarie Giattino. i hope this doesnt create a problem in the future. Otherwise i would like to say Ingrid the agent was very nice and helpful with other questions i had.

Advisor Gus was able to get my spare tire inn the shop for a patch. I was able to pick it up by 5pm after work with no issues. Thank you, and the tire is holding up it's air so far, which was more important.

I had an appointment to get a repair that I thought would only take an hour; learned it would take a minimum of 4 hours or more. I was not prepared for that length of time as I had to travel out of town. I spoke with Fadi, the Service Manager, and he was very helpful. He arranged for me to use a loaner car and allowed me to return the car that following Monday. Excellent customer service and Alessandro was very helpful as well. I appreciate their efforts and going above and beyond!!
