Despite the frustration one can have with leaving a vehicle at a shop, Carlos provided me with the upmost superb costumer service. With no hesitation I was provided a vehicle so I could carry on the rest of my day while my car was in the shop. The friendless and the service provided by Carlos and his Manager Fadi was beyond any customer service I see today. They set high standards of themselves and company and it really shows. I had an appointment at 2pm, I get there like 1:30pm. The girl that assisted me, she was super nice and explain everything that the codes of the maintenance mean, prices, etc. The waiting period it not was bad at all.
