Great overall experience . Would like the service to be a little faster. Took them over 4 hours to do an oil change to my SUV , but it was a good experience.

Exceptional Service...THANK YOU GILL! While vacationing in Orlando last week, we had a flat tire that was discovered the evening before we were headed to Stuart, Florida the next morning. We were at Coggin's Honda at 7:00am with no appointment. We explained to Gill that we had bought our Honda Odyssey at our wonderful Honda dealer in Newnan, GA, and just had 4 new Michelien Tires put on in December of 2020 and that we needed to get to Stuart. Within 2 hours we were on the ROAD! They removed the nail and patched the tire, did the multi-point Inspection and car wash. Because we had bought the tires at our Honda in GA they did the repair "complimentary". They included a "Thank You for being part of the Honda Family!". This is our first Honda Odyseey and we have NEVER in 40 years of buying cars experienced this level of service. We LOVE being part of the Honda Family!!! Many thanks to Gill at Coggin for getting us back on the road!!!

Completed the deal after considering 3 other SUV's . Our experiences with many Honda vehicles gave you an edge, but the list of safety features included matched with all the other brands we looked at, plus it was a Hybrid model. The staff at Honda really worked on getting us a vehicle, with the features and options we wanted at a great price and 0% financing. They also have a great Service Department, and overall Coggin is a first class dealership. Our Sales Rep and Sales Manager worked hard to get us to a price that was beyond our best expectations, and made the final decision to choose the CR-V Hybrid a no-brainer.
