As usual, from purchase, (2006), to today, (2021) "all" employees from greeters, sales advisors, management, mechanics, custodial, the cleanliness of the customer service area and the vehicle service area is why my 2007 "Ridgeline" (213,061 miles) and my 2006 "Odyssey" (miles) are serviced only by Honda well trained and knowledgable personnel.
