Service representative communicated very well and made sure I got my car when I needed it. Was even able to get an exterior wash in!

The experience was great. The service member was very patient to explain everything, including the waiting time. There was an issue after I left and I called the service member and he promptly scheduled an appointment. I returned and issue was professionally and quickly rectified. Kudos!
