The wait was a bit long but service was great.

I had taken my Honda in a week ago, as it would not start. I did not have an appointment as sometimes you are not anticipating having to take your car in. That is one thing I do like is though an appointment maybe convenient for the scheduled services that you know are coming up, it is nice to be able to walk in without an appointment for those unexpected problems, and still be taken care of. I had Chris Banasc as my service advisor and he was OUTSTANDING! He kept me informed as everything continued on, and gave me all of my options and the pricing for each service that I ended up needing, and he tried getting my car moved through in a timely manner even though they were extremely busy, I purchased this car here because of the service department and the reason being is first the service department has always excelled at keeping my car running great. But, for me it was more important not when my car was new, but as it got older with more mileage on it. They don't just try and sell you a new car, they help you keep the one you have running and on the road. Right now that is especially important with so many people unemployed that you need to keep what you have, but it also has to be reliable as well. When I am ready for my next Honda, it will definitely be with Coggin, and again it will be because of the service department. They are why I keep purchasing my car there and keep having it serviced there. Thank-you!
