Alehondra helped me although I didn't have an appointment. My battery was dying and I was at the library. Battery was jumped and I drove to Honda. Now I have a new battery thanks to the team who gave us a new one and we only waited 45 min.

The experience was very good!

Every thing was fine except 2 things. Waiting area was very cold and they tried to charge me when I had already paid for maintenance with my lease. They fixed the charging quickly but I wonder why it even happened. Other than that it was good.

It was a good experience

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted professionally and promptly by Dave M. He assisted me in my request and made suggestions which I took him up on & made arrangements the following week for the remaining work. It is always a pleasure to see him and all the nice people at the dealership!

My experience with Coggin Honda Service department was very pleasant. Alessandro Gentili was completely professional and very thorough. It took a while, but I understood the circumstances we are in right now. So all in all I was pleased.
