The speed of work completed and the quality of the work was excellent I would have given you 5 stars except the communication of the service being completed, the length of completion fell by the way side when I called and the women answering the phone seemed to know nothing about Coggin Honda. Nor was she able to connect me or get a hold of Joey my Service Rep. which was very concerning. After calling back 3 more times I was finally able to get the information I needed about my car. This is the only reason I would be apprehensive about recommending Coggin.
