I HATE the upsell that everyone gets at every dealership in America, which is why I never take my vehicle for service at a dealership unless it's covered by warranty, or simply an oil change. Every old lady with very limited finances gets hit with the "Ma'am, we have discovered. as we were doing the oil change for you that you really need this $787.00 repair immediately, or you will crash and die before you get home today. Just sign here now, and we will save your life, because, that's how much we care about you." I've witnessed it for years and it makes me furious ! A bit over the top dramatic, maybe, but the little old, vulnerable, and nai've lady still gets screwed in the end. Your dealership is no exception. I rated you excellent, because you do provide good service, otherwise, and your staff is very pleasant and professional. Like I said, EVERY dealership plays those games, so I can understand your side of it, to a degree. Other than the aforementioned game, you have treated me very well. I'm just glad I know better than to fall for that particular thing.

Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable. The repair was done very quick.

Service itself was perfect but dealer fees should not be charge to customers who come do an oil change or any services.

John was friendly, attentive and kept us up to date on the progress on our Honda Odyssey Van. He made sure that our sliding doors were cleaned (they would get occasional stuck) with no charge to us. All of the service things we needed done were performed to our satisfaction.

My service advisor John is amazing, he makes sure that i understand everything that goes on with my vehicle. When my daughter has to come with me, he makes sure she is ok and being entertained as well as making sure my car is out on a timely manner. He does that and more as well as making sure the other customers of his are taking care of.
