The purchasing experience was respectful and courteous. Both the salesman and the manager were very polite. The place looked cleaned and organized. The time to complete the purchase was a bit long. I didn’t like the haggling for a better deal. Honda was advertising leasing the CRV at $360 with $0 down. They came with outrageous down payment required to have a higher monthly payment. We had to haggle for a while. I disliked that very much! Get realistic deals or do not have any. The Car, however, after so much back and forth to get a more reasonable down payment, seemed a good buy. If you guys fix the misleading ads and eliminate the haggling Honda could very well be among my go-to car dealerships to get my next vehicle.
