Thanks, Joseph was very professional and courteous. However, the part for the repair was not in house and I had to wait for two hours just to be told that but Joseph apologize for the inconvenience. In the future please have the parts ready especially for customers with appointments. The coffee and snacks were wonderful and the movie shown in the waiting area is a great service which helps the customers to relax and enjoy the time spent there. Thanks
