I was very impressed with my experience at Coggin. I took my new car in for its first service. I scheduled a maintenance package A online. The entire process was very smooth and quick. It took about an hour. I waited in the waiting room where they had refreshments, high-speed wifi, and a movie playing. I brought my laptop and worked the entire time. Chris Bansaco was the service advisor who assisted me. He was professional, attentive, and very friendly. Honestly, it was the best car service experience I've ever had. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, performed a maintenance check, and even washed the exterior - all for an excellent deal! I walked in thinking I was going to pay around $54. But instead, I got an amazing discount and paid around $35. I was very happy with the results and service! 10/10. Thank you Chris!!!
