John is the best service advisor. He'll try to work with you 100%. I'll never bring my car anywhere else. Mechanics are amazing as well!

Great service with minimal waiting.

I always prefer Coggin Honda for servicing my car. Their technical staffs are really very good. Last time the person worked on my car, he was was extremely good and help full person His technical knowledge , behavior was very good. Overall highly satisfied on Tech support, amminates , and on coggin honda.

I had brought my car in to get the tail light fixed, and remove the pin striping, although they didn’t have the tail light in stock they were very quick to order it and get it repaired right away. I had also left without asking them to remove a vinyl dealership sticker from the dealership I originally bought the car and they said I could bring it back the next day and they would remove it no problem. I worked with a gentleman named Gabriel, and he was great! Very kind, professional, and polite. I would gladly get service done there again.

Professional & on point!

I purchased a brand new car and later that evening noticed the guard at the bottom of the car was a bit undone. I took it in the next day to be looked at. The service guys said I would have to wait two hours for the car to be put on lift to fix it since I didn’t have an appointment. I asked to speak with Service Director and he made sure to listen, take a look, and address the issue shortly after. It ended up being around 30 minutes versus 2 hrs - that’s what I call outstanding customer service!!! Thank You, Mr. David Voci. I’ve been buying cars at this location for around 20 years - they really value their loyal customers. I recommend Coggin of Orlando to everyone!!!

We were early for our appointment and they took us right in. The Service Agent was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The Service was completed as we requested. We always get great Service at Coggin Honda.
