John the service advisor always does an awesome job. I've been running into some issues. The mechanics and John have been patient and keep on going until they get it right.

We were just entering Orlando on a Sunday night (after 2 days on the road from Wisconsin) when I noticed my tire pressure was decreasing in a rear tire. We stopped to put air in the tire and I saw a small slice in the sidewall of the tire. After arriving at our hotel I began searching for Honda dealerships near me. I found Coggin was the closest and I went online and booked an appointment for the next morning. This wasn't really the way we wanted to start our Disney vacation but thankfully the team at Coggin Honda are magical. On Monday morning I called the Service Department to see if they could honor the Road Hazard plan I had purchased with my Pilot. Joey was patient and kind as I ran out of the hotel and to the parking lot to read him my vin. He confirmed I did have the protection plan and the Coggin could help me. My husband and I shipped the rest of the family off the the Magic Kingdom and carefully drove to Coggin. I was greeted immediately by the Service Greeter and assured Matthew would be with me shortly. Matthew was so kind. He looked at the tire and agreed that we needed a new tire. He check the status and informed me that there was a tire in stock for us. He had the tire changed and us out the door in less than an hour. I am so grateful for the team at Coggin. You professional and kind team saved our family vacation. At that moment Coggin Honda was the happiest place on earth for me. Thank you for everything.
