I got my car serviced here recently, and the service from my advisor, John, was great. However, I have to say that inside the service center I was very disappointed with what I saw. I noted a sign on the door saying masks required, however I would say 75% of the employees were either not wearing masks at all or had them pulled down their face. I also came across many customers without masks as well, and absolutely no social distancing in the area with the movie. Chairs extremely close together and almost full. With the skyrocketing cases in Florida, this is inexcusable. If I had to make suggestions on what to improve, I would enforce mask wearing as well as remove some of the chairs from the TV-area to make people spread out more. I would hate for something to happen to a customer or employee and have it linked back to the service center (if it hasn't happened already). Again, my service was great and John followed all safety guidelines. However, because of what I saw inside, I don't think I can return to this location until things look a little safer. Thank you.
