Service was excellent.

All sales personnel were excellent especially Will but the poorest part of the experience was with the finance office. It seemed as though once we agreed on the car and finances it took an unreasonable amount of time to complete the paperwork.

I inquired about a previously owned car via the Internet on 5/25/2020. Within an hour I received a message back from the Internet Sales manager, Larry, answering all my questions. I made an appointment to come and see the car within a few hours on the same day. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. Larry showed me the car and answered all my questions. I was so happy with the pricing of the previously owned car I inquired about a new model. Larry showed me several within my price range and I settled on a new car vs the previously owned. They treated me with the upmost respect and honestly, no surprises no games. The entire staff, including the receptionist, Larry and Ebraham were very polite and friendly. I left there 2 hours later with a brand new Honda. A week later I am so in love with my car and the deal I made. If you are looking for a new Honda or previously owned car, you could not get a better deal or work with better people that Coggin Honda. I am extremely happy and I LOVE MY HONDA!

Excellent service! Christian was professional with communicating my wants and needs and had the vehicle I was interested in ready for a test drive when I arrived. Paperwork was quicker than any dealership we have dealt with in the last 5 years. We had 2 things that needed addressing within a week of purchasing (no fault of the dealership) and the service department went above and beyond. We love our new Odyessy!
