I just purchased my Honda Civic, and this was my first service appointment. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff to check me in. They continued to check up on me as I waited for John. John was fantastic - incredibly helpful and friendly, and made the entire process very pleasant. The waiting area was by far the nicest customer area I’ve experienced when waiting on my car. The only drawback of the entire experience was the lesser service at the billing counter. The two employees talked to each other rather than the customers, and were very curt with their answers. It honestly stood out like a sore thumb because everyone I had encountered up until was so friendly, their cold and unfriendly demeanor was hard to ignore.
