I had a great experience with Shawn my sales person, he was polite, courteous, and treated very well. The only thing that I didn’t find very professional is that once he introduced a manager, walk away and didn’t say good bye. I feel the negotiation process for interest was really unnecessary, having me wait there 3 hours to negotiate a rate from supposedly 8.9 to 5.24, and basically using a technique to make me buy insurance with the pretense that they would buy one point from 6.24 to 5.24. When originally he had the paper of the paper saying I was approved for 5.24 at payment of 475 a month, he realized he error a removed the paper saying it was another costumer, then offering me 6.24, if I didn’t choose warranty or 5.24 if I choose warranty. I was going to buy insurance anyways, I found that technique very bogus and draining. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase, but I don’t appreciate the manager playing with numbers, in a way that he thought I didn’t realize what he was doing.
