The dealership was unable to repair the vehicle as they did not have the tools to repair a GM vehicle.

We came in to get a replacement key for 2005 Honda Pilot. We waited for about 30 minutes until the new key could be made. The challenge was synchronizing all three keys together (apparently, the process has changed between 2005 and 2018, We went away happy with three new keys. Ironically, four days later we were involved in an automobile accident on the freeway that effectively totaled our Pilot. We had owned that car, which was built specifically for us, since 2005 and we had driven it for about 158,000 miles. We were sad to see our old workhorse car, and sorry that we had spent $180.00 on a new key. However, if we are ever in Orlando with a Honda automobile again, we would definitely go again to Coggin for service.

Joe was amazing and helped me with everything I needed. He was very kind and knew how to communicate with me. Joe is the best!!!
