We were quickly greeted but there was no flexibility in the system to handle a simple fix. We had to wait almost two hours.

I've been a service customer at Coggin Honda for more than 10 years and my most recent experience in the service department was my best experience yet! I returned early from a business trip so I called to see if I might be able to get my minivan in for a last minute oil change at 4pm on Halloween. I was given an appointment, arrived a few minutes early, greeted by Carlos, instructed to wait inside and less than 45 minutes later I was on my way with an oil change and car wash! Carlos honored my coupon discount and then some. I can't thank Carlos and the technicians enough for getting me in and out quickly and for a fair price!!!!
