I’m writing this review to commend employee Dave Manieram, Lead Service Advisor at Coggin Honda of Orlando for the excellent service he provided me when my vehicle needed attention. In my opinion, the level of service that Dave extended to me was far beyond my expectations.In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from most industries, the care that Mr. Manieram provides should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by Dave is that he did his work wholeheartedly. He listened to me intently, showing a distinct interest in me as an individual.
