You need to offer more coupons for services. I can get my oil changed anywhere for $20 less than you charge, and get the same multipoint inspection, car wash, etc.

Everything was good but I was disappointed that my car was completely wet on the outside because the carwash wasn't working properly. I was told to come back another day to have the vehicle washed.
