I was very pleased and satisfied with the service and repairs received for my Honda CR-V.

It was a good experience. Waiting time it was reasonable. Staff was polite and very professional, in my opinion I would like to see some kind of window to the shop or something like that to see the job being performed on my car, in conclusion it was a great experience, would come back to this dealership even tho it is not the closest location in my area.

Had to have my CRV towed into the dealership. I was greeted and assisted quickly and the problem was assessed and fixed. I was in and out in just a little over one hour! The CRV is still under warranty so no charge - very happy about the outcome!

Overall the service was very good, nevertheless, both times in the last year since I have used Coggins to service my CR-V Touring I have had to return after picking up my vehicle to have the tire setting recalibrated and both times it took numerous people to figure out the process to do so, which was unfortunate. Other than this issue Coggins service department is excellent. Thank you
