I had a great experience. Everyone was nice and helpful. They had free refreshments. The work was fast. I would definitely go back and tell my friends and family to go if they need and services done.

Dominic helped me find a vehicle that met our needs and he did it quickly. Dwight, in the business office, found us a much better interest rate right before we signed the papers, which he didn’t have to do, as we were ready to sign. That kind is attention will keep us going back to Coggin in the future. Great service!

I would give my experience a 5 star if it didn’t take so long. But all employees were great and assisted as needed. Nataly was great at helping me with my service and my options and walked me thru everything regarding what was wrong with my vehicle. She deserves to be recognized by her great customer service and Knowledge. The extensive time it takes to get your vehicle serviced in this location does needs some work as it lacks urgency, specially such a high demand location were many Honda customers go.
