We were nervous about going to a car dealership due to past bad experiences but my wife and I loved every bit of our experience buying our first new minivan at Coggin Honda of Orlando. We didn’t even plan on buying a car that day. We just stopped by because it was on the way home from our sons doctors appointment and we weren’t even dressed that great i was dressed kind of bummy in basketball shorts and slippers because I wasn’t planning on getting out of the car for the appointment and as soon as we entered the parking lot, we were greeted by James and he went out of his way to accommodate us and answered every question and concerned and treated us like we were royalty. The best part was that we didn’t even feel pressured by him or any of the staff we were introduced to. They were honest, straightforward and friendly which meant a lot. Although we make good money, we’re not flashy so sometimes we would get overlooked or given subpar treatment at restaurants/dealerships etc because of social stereotypes especially as a family of color but we really felt seen and honored that day by the staff especially James and it meant a lot. James definitely made an impact not only in our lives that day but he followed up the next day to check in to make sure we were enjoying our new minivan and answered other questions we had that we forgot to ask about the minivan when we were there. We will be definitely returning to Coggin Honda of Orlando to purchase our next vehicle aka my new suv because my wife got her minivan lol.

Nine Month old car, had issues a popping when backing up. First round of parts did not fix it, had to come back and replace a good portion of the engine. Everything was handled professionally. So far so good.

The reason for my visit was taken care of, as well as 2 other necessary issues discovered during a complete check-up. Although the visit took longer than expected, all was handled pretty quickly.

Everyone was pleasant and courteous. I am a senior with multiple health issues. Service wait time was more than an hour and a half wait. Way too long.
