I made an appointment to have my car serviced (B1 maintenance: oil change and tire rotation). After waiting two hours I was informed that I also needed a transmission fluid exchange which took another hour. Taking this amount of time is unsatisfactory. I have no complaint about my Service Advisor. My complaint is in regard to scheduling service and then having to wait such a long time for it to be completed.
