We were very well attended throughout the entire purchasing process; however, the delivery of the vehicle was missing important information. When a customer buys a new car, the delivery should be complete and done with a clear checklist. In our case, the advisor did not explain how the hybrid system works, did not provide usage recommendations or the suggested maintenance intervals, and also did not mention that the vehicle does not come with a spare tire. We only understood this later after reading the documentation on our own. For future customers, it would be ideal for the delivery process to include all the necessary information so they can feel fully confident with their purchase.
