I purchased my CRV new from Coggins and it has never been serviced anywhere else. Always a pleasant experience. Staff is excellent and my vehicle remains in great shape after 20 yrs.

They quoted me a price for a replacing the fluid in my transmission and the screen ( which they did not replace ) when i got there, the price was almost double after that they adjust their price, but it was still higher than they quoted me. They did other checks and they wanted to flush my brake fluid. So with that being said , it was the firts and last time I'll be at your establishment. PS the web can be a terrible place..

My primary complaint is with the exorbitant cost of 3 wiper blades replacement. 3 items that take 2minutes to slip off ols & on with new.

Chhivon, my service advisor, was very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The service technician completed the work in a very efficient, timely and professional manner. I wouldn't take our Pilot to any other shop for maintenance and/or repairs.
