From the first phone call to the delivery of our new Accord, Tariq was the most professional sales person I have encountered in my many years automobile buying. My background in the vehicle industry and with Honda particularly, provided a broad perspective on the relationship between a customer, the dealership and the brand. My interaction with Coggin through this location was primarily with Tariq, the entire staff we encountered was genuinely concerned that our experience was positive. I couldn't recommend this dealership more and in fact will recommend them to all my friends, family and business associates.

It took Honda over nine months to get the parts for the recall. This is crazy. The only other negative was that they would not give me the discount on the oil change---saying that it had just expired. (I ended up using a later coupon but "good customer service" would have been to let me use the original ones.) Those are the bad things. Angela---the agent--was very good. She told us in advance that the service would take longer than we thought, that the car would smell and that a van could pick us up from the rental car company. Thanks.
