Very pleased with my visit to the service dept on 27 July. Carl was my service advisor. I've worked with Carl for years and he's always taken great care on my car's service requirements. Today was no exception. He answered my questions about the A/C evac and recharge I was having done and gave me an estimate of about 2 hours to complete the job. Two hours later, the car was ready and the AC was working perfectly. I got a chance to talk briefly with the technician, Karl Schultz, who explained what he did and gave me some "good to know" info on the car's AC system. Karl worked on my car the last time it was in for service in January and did outstanding work then. I'd be pleased to have him perform any future maintenance that my car needs. So my thanks to Carl and Karl for their superb customer service and maintenance skills. I've been having my cars worked on at Coggin Honda since 2011 and have always been impressed by the people who have helped me. The quality of the people who work there is a credit to the dealership.

Servicio espectacular

I was greeted at the service entrance by a female employee. She asked two of the three service advisors if they had time to handle my service need. They did not. The third service advisor was willing to help me. He did a great job.

I never have been so mistreated by a salesman as this time, concealing the true model and model year of the vehicle to make higher commission. Wonder how come he can continue to mislead innocent customers. I gave four stars because of the manager. When he became aware of the situation, he made every effort to make the wrong right, and I thank him for it.

JR was super helpful and let us test drive several different vehicles. He had great insight on the compatible vehicles on the market with both pros and cons. He made the conversation comfortable and made it easier to compare our options and end up with the best vehicle for us. JR did an excellent job! We would gladly work with him again!
