I had several things done so you took me home and came back and got me when my car was ready. Kerry called me and kept me in the loop while my car was being worked on.

Kerry checked me in quickly and we went over the services I was having done and he gave me a time estimate. Kerry is also great at keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle and my car was done before the estimated time.

Angela was excellent, made all the arrangements for this visit and ensured that all my concerns were taken care off and she kept me informed in any situation. Every team member that I came in contact with regardless whether they were working with me or not was extremely helpful, kind, informative and just overall friendly! They were genuinely nice and all seemed to like working together and enjoyed being at work!! My purchase was a bit challenging due to a few glitches that in no part were the fault of Coggin, however they worked diligently to guide me through getting them ironed out!
