Easy, pleasant, accurate, and friendly.

Great service, as always. Routine oil change, check all the fluids, etc. Also had an issue with the keys not synching correctly, which was fixed. Dorothy, who was the service agent who checked me in, followed up during the service, and checked me out after it was complete, was exceptionally good. Great demeanor, efficient, and a total pleasure to work with.

Quality work done fairly quickly

I had repairs done to the air conditioner on my 2014 Honda Accord coupe. The service advisor was Joseph Eff and he was outstanding. He explained what needed to be done and was very courteous and professional. I bought this car new from this dealership. I continue to have it serviced there because of the great service experience despite the fact that another dealership is closer to my house. It's worth the extra drive for good service.
