I came in because my rearview mirror was loose, didn't need an appointment. The young lady was very helpful and nice. The gentleman that fixed my mirror was nice. In and out. Very professional service. No stress. Was very impressed.

Joesph was knowledgeable and courteous.. he explained different options on services that needed to be performed.

Michael J., Chris, Ethan and Jason were extremely attentive and accommodating. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end.

Overall find service at this dealership to be excellent. Service tech was thorough and recommended changes that were critical from less critical. My only comment is to be more flexible with service discounts as the next day after service there was a 25% coupon sent on your “next” service. I get that is to incent customers to come back for service however given loyalty of servicing at this same dealership, more flexibility on a service of the size I had would be beneficial and can be improved given I’m a repeat customer. Over $600 service and $400 of that is labor cost.
