Excellent experience with ace!

My service advisor Dorthy Heath was exceptionally nice and explained everything thoroughly. My problem was I needed a new battery and didn't know it. She squeezed me in so I could get it taken care of without a prior appointment.

I came in because the air in one of my tires was low (just bought all new tires there last year). The fact that I was able to get an immediate appointment was great. The service was friendly and professional as usual, but it wasn't explained to me why I had to spend two hours there in order to get a tire changed. Was it just busy? Does a tire change request trigger checks for other things that take more time? It would have been nice to have an explanation right up front.

Angela was very helpful with helping me to prioritize the needed service “now” and what could be done “later” as I could not afford all of it at once. I trust the service staff after many positive experiences there.
