My car hit a tire on the highway as a result had some damage. The customer service team was very professional in evaluating the damage and repair. I was given a loaner vehicle as a courtesy which was very helpful. The repair was done well and I also was able to get some outstanding maintenance items done as well.

Tarq was efficient and knowledgeable. I was on a tight timeline and he moved the process along accurately and on time..The financial part went great as well. Overall another excellent experience at Coggin.

Service rep was excellent in his service.However a part was missing from the engine air filter.Luckly, I was able to find the part, hidden inside the intake manifold.Also I had a spare part available so it wasn't a problem.The part wasn't crucial to the functioning of the air filter.Thx
