Good service. My service coordinator was great. Angela Hires. Also appreciate the car salesperson I deal with - JC Caroul. He always greets me when I'm there for service.

We were recently vacationing in the St. Augustine area and had an unexpected issue with our Honda Odyssey. We called the local Honda dealership and my wife spoke with Julie who sent a shuttle to pick up my wife and our 3 girls. I stayed with the odyssey until it was towed to the dealership. Once at the dealership I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Angela Hines who helped us navigate the process of trying to figure out what our options were. I cannot express enough how professional and kind Angela was, she turned an anxious situation for us into a great experience. She made sure I knew that they may not be able to get the diagnostic test done before the end of the day and tried to get us a loaner. She ended up getting us a ride to the rental car place and called me several times to make sure we were taken care of. The odyssey didn’t end up needing service and we picked it up the next morning. When I asked Angela how much the diagnostic and service would be, she told me that they were not going to charge us. I was absolutely shocked. We were so taken aback by the amazing service from Coggin Honda that we brought donuts to the Service department the next morning when we picked up the odyssey. I have never had such a positive experience at any dealership in the many years of buying cars that I’ve had. I have a feeling that this type of service is not unusual at Coggin, if we lived in the same state we would most certainly purchase all of our vehicles there.

I bought my car from Coggin Honda used and really do appreciate that the service department always goes above and beyond to take care of me even though I'm driving a Subaru. This time Dan really came through on making sure I was taken care of with a loaner vehicle because of a variety of things going on (my schedule, tech schedules, etc) after having already done a lot of research to make sure I was getting a good tire at a fair price. Kudos to Dan for working hard. I will say that every adviser I've ever had has been that way. The only feedback I would offer in regards to this particular visit would be that if there is a disagreement between staff members, I think that should be taken behind closed doors. I'm not sure who the woman was who was upset (maybe the service manager?), but she was snippy with multiple advisers and a customer (my daughter was there around the same time I was with her own vehicle and witnessed this as well) and, while it wouldn't prevent me from coming back by any means, it was a little uncomfortable and I would always just recommend checking in with yourself before displaying that in front of customers. I understand that it was incredibly busy, towards the end of the day on a Friday, and emotions were high, but sometimes it helps to know that customers notice. We can't do better if we don't know better.

The experience was perfect. Everyone was helpful, straightforward, and friendly. The sales people were great and extremely knowledgeable. The sales person in training was eager to help too and notably helped me finalize my decision to buy. Thanks for the help and awesome experience!
