Easy to set appointment, great staff (advisor, shuttle driver), timely service, all explained and done well.

It took 3 phone calls & leaving a message to finally get a return call that the part ordered was in your facility. that was frustrating. Also, I didn't get (nor on my last visit did I receive), the "free" car wash that others seemed to receive. It should be consistent for all.

Absolutely the best! I purchased a Civic three years ago and needed a larger car. Spoke with Ace and he arranged a meeting. We discussed what I was looking for and when I arrived, he had the perfect SUV ready for me to drive and make a decision. Samba and Ace remembered me and that added the personal touch. Purchase complete within a couple of hours. Ace and Samba are truly "Aces" for the dealership. My past and present experiences have been top notch. Fair deal, great service and Sales.

I was a little uncertain initially because aside from the routine services, oil and tire rotation, I was very interested to discover a rattle noise I’ve been complaining about since my last visit. We didn’t have time to dig into it last time, but I wanted it resolved once and for food. Although I thought the noise emanated from the R dash, it turns out the tech discovered a crushed motor mount-of all places in the R side. Took it for a test drive and low and behold-that was the source of the illusive rattle I’ve been chasing for 6 months.

Made an appointment to see a used vehicle with Cliff. (We were shopping for my teenage daughter, so we had specific standards and have been looking for months, so keep in mind- we were not going to settle!) Cliff was warm & welcoming, but not pushy. In 20+ years of buying cars, he was the ONLY salesman who sat us down FIRST to talk/run numbers, BEFORE showing us vehicles! I thought this was amazing and built trust, because he wasn’t trying to waste any of our time! As soon as we had those figures, we were immediately test driving vehicles in our budget- no higher! He gave honest feedback on the vehicles & gave the car fax beforehand! The paperwork was quick, the finance guy was great, and we were in and out of there in no time!! HIGHLY IMPRESSED & recommend Coggin Honda! (Completely opposite experience next door at Beaver, by the way!!!! Save your sanity & go to Coggin!)
