Service tech was excellent and work was done on time.

My arrival was excellent, in that no other cars were under the canopy waiting to check in. There were 3 gentlemen gathered around a chair near the entrance door and evidently NOT working the check in process. Within a minute or so they dispersed, going different directions. After what felt like several minutes Marcos (?) finished at the center console and came around to the drivers side of my car to check me in. He noted everything but the mileage when he was called inside to a service rep to handle someone else’s problem. This took him at least 5 minutes,(I watched the clock(. After that he returned to verify my mileage and I went inside. Once inside I received a text from Daniel with a contact number. Very nice. Since I was there for my first car check-up, oil change and Chrystal Fusion I expected to spend some time waiting. My appointment was for 0:40 and I left about 1:30.
