I thought my computer was not connecting but unsure if I had inadvertently booked a last minute oil change 8x’s, so I ran over to check. I was okay if I did not have the appointment, but the first person I spoke to immediately said no problem we will take care of you! So nice and willing to do the best for me, the customer. I have always had excellent agents in the service department, and this time was perfect as well.
