I had a great experience bringing my car in for service. I did not have an appointment due to my car breaking down. I was able to get my car jump started by AAA, then drove straight to the Honda dealership. I wanted it checked out by Honda because of the message on my dashboard. There was the possibility that it was just the battery but I was nervous about the message I received on my dashboard.

Purchasing a new vehicle is always stressful. If I had to make one comment it would be to make the experience less of a hassle. The salesman started at a very unrealistic price for my trade in. It took two weeks of haggling before we could agree on a final price and deal. This happened after I revealed a different dealers offer. Your salesman then matched the offer. At that point, I still didn't agree due to the fact that I thought I was being played. I told him if there was a better deal, now would be the time. Then the GSM approved a deal $1500.00 less than the offer from the other dealer. I took the deal but I'm sure I left money on the table. If I have a criticism, it would be to allow your salesmen more power to beat offers that have been made. I know you are in the business to make money but the customers leave with a bad taste in their mouth when they feel they've been taken advantage of. You were very close to losing this deal by leaving that impression on me. This is in no way intended to diminish the salesman's performance. It is intended to empower them with their managers trust.

I checked in got a ride home, car was done in a few hours. Everyone was very busy but no issues.
