As always, my experience in your Service Department was great; but, this time it was exceptional. I had the misfortune of having my 2011 Odyssey (which you have maintained since I purchased it from you) lose power on SR 16 last Saturday around 10:38 AM. I called AAA first and then Kerry Wall, my trusted contact in the Service Department. After long waits for AAA, my van was delivered to your location and Kerry and a team of mechanics, who were kind enough to stay late, had me on the road a little before six. No amounts of THANK YOU would be enough!

I came in for an oil and filter change under the Express service. I was told I would wait about an hour so they could do the inspection as well. My wait was over an hour and a half. In my opinion way too long.
