I made an appointment online after my a/c quit blowing cold air. Joseph Eff was assigned as my service advisor. He was great. I live 45 minutes away from the dealership. When it was determined my car would have to stay overnight Joseph tried getting me a loaner. There were none available so he talked sales into loaning me a car overnight.

Carl was the first to greet me when I walked in the service door about a warranty headlight issue. He was welcoming and got me set up quickly. There was an issue with the service being completed but Carl did the classic best business move; he turned a slight problem into an over-delivered situation, gaining trust and loyalty.
