James took the time to ask about our needs. He was very patient and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. The finance manager Samba also took the time with us and did not push products we did not need. Flawless experience!

While we did not have an appointment, Coggin Service was able to squeeze us in late in the afternoon. This was greatly appreciated.

It was good but didn’t expect to be at the Honda place for almost 3 hours since I made an appointment. Just to get my oil change done and to rotate my tires. They usually keep me updated in the past so this time they didn’t so I had to walk up to someone to asked for an update.
