Some people hate going to the service department to get their cars serviced. At Coggin Honda in St. Augustine it's always a positive experience even if I have to spend a little more money then I was anticipating. Kerry Wall is an excellent service tech. He always informs me when I'm going to have up coming expenses so I'm not surprised when they come up. He never tries to up sell me things I don't need. He's honest and I enjoy working with him.

This was a most excellent experience with quick check-in, quick maintenance service, and quick check-out. This visit was much improved from my prior visit to Coggin Honda of St Augustine where the service tech recommended additional services without noticing that the same service had been completed during my previous visit.

The service was great. The people at the counter were great. However, the amount of money that I had to pay for shop supplies was ridiculous when you pay for service it should include shop supplies. Glove towels do not add up to 15 percent. So from now own I will get my vehicle serviced elsewhere
