They were pretty busy when I first got there and I'd to wait a little bit to get my paperwork started, but I was greeted and I was informed of every step of the process in a very professional manner. Kerry was exceptional in what looked like a very busy and stressful time. He was friendly, kind, understanding and went out of his way to help me with my car issues. Kudos to Kerry and the rest of the staff!
