This was the best new car buying experience I've ever had. James Paul answered my questions honestly, and patiently let us test drive a variety of vehicles. I never felt pressured, or pushed to buy the most expensive vehicle. I was also offered the option to come back the next day and finish the paperwork (because it was late). And Aaron in the finance department was also very helpful, and never pushy. I've never had this type of experience at another dealer.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. At first my advisor said it would be more than a 2 hour wait, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually completed in less than 2 hours. There was a change in procedure by the service department however which we don’t like: the sticker on the windshield used to give the date and mileage when the oil change was done. The new sticker has a QR code with useless information. In addition we always received a voucher for a car wash-these are no longer available and we miss them.

Purchased during the Christmas rush. Sales staff were courteous and friendly. The vehicle that we desired had been sold the previous evening. The staff located our desired vehicle was being built, at that time, for one of their other locations. Presently that Honda Pilot Elite is sitting at our home.
