Customer service was fine but problem wasn’t resolved Still having difficulty holding steering wheel from not holding steady. Was referred to as sticky wheel. Adjustment done but any speed over 50 and wheel jiggles all over.

The waiting area is comfortable, great selection and price for greeting cards ... SITTING 20 FEET FROM THE SEVICE AREA WOULD BE APPRECIATED IF THE SERVICE MANAGER MIGHT STEP OVER TO TAP A CUSTOMER ON THE SHOULDER ... WHEN I AM IN A PUBLIC AREA I TURN MY PHONE DOWN ... TO ENSURE TEXT MSGS, CALLS ARE NOT DISRUPTIVE TO OTHERS SITTING AROUND ME. PERSONAL COMMUNICATION WOULD BE APPRECIATED RATHER THAN HAVING MISSED A TEXT I DIDN'T SEE THAT TOOK LONGER TO LEARN THE RESULTS OF MY VISIT. Miss the days of "personal" communication ... keep in mind Coggins customers are not all millennials or Gen Z
