My husband and I arrived at the dealership, knowing which car and model we were ready to purchase. Our salesman was knowledgeable about the car. We were buying and all its features. we were happy with JC. After our time with him, we had to go and sit with the finance Director for quite a while. I was a little surprised since we paid cash for the car, but forgotten about the sales pitch for all the additional services and policies.
